PROGRAM FEEDBACK

If you are a student currently enrolled in the ACE Program at one of the Community Learning Centers, this section is where you will find detailed information about what is going on at your location. The section includes information pertaining to the current semester schedules, the courses being taught at your location, the required texts for each course, including links for purchasing the books online at reduced cost. Some of the most common forms you will be needing are included below for your convenience.

If you are a student at risk of suspending your program participation, or if you know a student at risk of suspending their participation in the program, please click here and submit a report. We will contact you within 24 hours.

If you have inquiries, please contact your local site coordinator who should be able to answer most of your questions.

APPLICATION FOR WORK STUDY

To apply for work study, please fill out the work study request. Then print and sign the Student Certification, the W-4 form, and the I-9 form. These should be scanned and emailed to david@i-lead.org or faxed to (877) 427-7037.

Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note

Above is a link to a hard copy of the Promissory Note that you may print, sign, fax to Harcum's Financial Aid Office and mail to PHEAA. You may also complete this form on the web; however, the site can be confusing. Use this form if you want additional back-up or another option to complete the form.

About Verification Forms: Sometimes Harcum's Financial Aid Office will need to verify certain information submitted with your financial aid application. If so, you will probably have to fill in either the Independent Verification form or the Dependent Verification Form. Links to these forms are provided below for your convenience.
